Not Use a P.A.

Answer these questions to determine if you need a Public Adjuster to assist you with your insurance claim:

1. Do you think your claim will be under $5,000?
   
2. Have you had experience representing yourself or others in an insurance claim of this type?
3. Are you familiar with insurance law and practice?
   
4. Are you comfortable and knowledgeable in investigating and assessing your damage?
   
5. Can you write an insurance estimate?
6. Do you have a network of renovation companies to provide the general contracting services necessary to repair your damages?
   

If you can answer "Yes" to ALL of these questions, then you probably don't need to

use a Public Adjuster.
